R.J. Townsend is an experienced research consultant with six years experience using web-based technologies to automate research programs and work processes. He earned his master's degree in quantitative psychology from California State University, Fullerton and worked towards a Ph.D. at the University of Delaware studying customer satisfaction and loyalty. He has published several articles on integrating research and technology and won an award for his research in 2004. Prior to working in research and technology, R.J. worked as a youth pastor for a large mega-church in southern California.  R.J. is currently working on his MBA at the University of Delaware.

Gabrielle Townsend is an accomplished project leader with over ten years experience delivering high quality strategic plans, optimized processes, and dynamic systems. With a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, Gabrielle has utilized her organizational skills in the role of public speaker, trainer, facilitator and project manager. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and includes human resources, strategic planning, technology implementations and staff development in her areas of expertise. Gabrielle is currently working as an Information Technology Project Manager at DuPont supporting the Legal Department in the domestic and global markets.
